The Post-Harvest and Food Process Engineering (TPHP) Laboratory is a laboratory that focuses on the development of technical science in food processing and agricultural products. The TPHP laboratory is expected to become a service center for testing, training and product diversification technology development. In addition, it also supports the application of course materials for students through the practicum program.
